Ruler of the Black Flame is a Japanese Pokémon TCG set and the equivalent of the English "Obsidian Flames" set. This set introduces Tera Type Pokémon, with a special focus on Charizard. The box features a dark-type Charizard ex card, as well as other Tera-shifted Pokémon like Tyranitar ex, which boasts high HP and powerful attacks.

Considered the third main set for Generation 9 Pokémon from the Scarlet and Violet series, Ruler of the Black Flame introduces the new Tera ex mechanics and offers a variety of exciting cards for both collectors and competitive players. The set is part of the Obsidian Flames English set, offering plenty of chase cards and rare pulls.
