1. Return and Refund Overview

  • Product Condition: We only accept new products that are unopened and unused in their original packaging.

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.

  • Return Method: Returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided.

  • Return Label: A return label will be included in your package, allowing for a hassle-free return.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for products of the same value. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
